A

Address
The address for Roger Dean Stadium is 4751 Main Street, Jupiter, Florida 33458

Animals
No animals are allowed on Roger Dean Stadium grounds with the exception of trained assist animals for our disabled guests.

Autographs
Fans can obtain autographs before and after games and workouts. Players and field staff do not sign during the game due to professional baseball rules.

Automatic Teller Machine
There is an ATM located outside the stadium adjacent to the last ticket window at the Ticket Office. A second ATM is located along the first base side of the concourse near the First Aid room.

B

Banners
Signs or banners are not allowed in the stadium.

Batting Practice
Fans are allowed into Roger Dean Stadium two hours before the game to watch batting practice during Spring Training. During the Florida State League season, batting practice is taken on the back practice fields prior to the gates opening.

Bleachers
The bleachers are located in the outfield on the third base side of the stadium, adjacent to the field.

Camera/Video Recorders
Fans are permitted to bring cameras and video recorders into the stadium provided they are for personal use only. All cameras/ video recorders are subject to be searched upon entering the stadium. The taping of any game footage is strictly prohibited by professional baseball. Tripods and monopods for photographic equipment used by patrons are not permitted in the stadium.

Carry-In Items
Outside food, drink, and coolers are prohibited from being brought into the stadium. Other items not allowed to be brought in the stadium include: broom sticks, offensive signs, political signs, fish nets, large plastic bottles over 600 ml (no matter what the contents) and projectiles that can cause injuries or disruption of the game.

Children’s Entry into the Park
Any child entering the park, who is under two (2) years of age without a ticket, must share a seat with the accompanying adult.

Concessions
There are two concession stands on the third base side of the stadium, the Florida Grill and Marlins Fanfare, and two concession stands on the first base side, the St. Louis Grill and Cardinals Fanfare. They are all located on the concourse. Food and beverage is also available on the party deck from time to time. Portable stands are scattered throughout the facility. Specific items are also vended in the seating area.

D

Designated Driver
The management of Roger Dean Stadium asks if patrons are drinking at the stadium that they not drive. Fans should bring a designated driver or find other means of transportation to get themselves home. If a cab is needed for an inebriated fan, please contact the main office so arrangements can be made.

Drinking Fountains
There are drinking fountains located throughout the concourse on the first and third base sides and behind home plate.

Emergency Phone Call Registration
Physicians and other fans that may be expecting emergency phone calls should leave their name at The Palm Beach Post Information Booth. They will then be contacted by one of the Roger Dean Stadium staff members.

F

Fan Fest Interactive Zone
The Fan Fest Interactive Zone is located at the end of the first base concourse and includes a full-size batting cage with an iron mike pitching machine, speed pitch, and a bounce house. Each area is priced individually.

Fan Interference
Any fan that touches, attempts to touch or generally interferes with a ball in play or a player during a game will be subject to immediate ejection.

Fan Mail
Letters to all players should be sent to their attention at Roger Dean Stadium, 4751 Main Street, Jupiter, FL 33458

Field Box
The field box seats are sections 102 through 122 and are located adjacent to the field.

First Aid
The First Aid room is located on the first base side in the main concourse next to the advanced ticket windows. First aid staff is regularly stationed in the stands as well.

G

Gate Time
Fans are allowed into Roger Dean Stadium two hours before the game to watch batting practice during Spring Training and one hour before the game during the Florida State League season.

Gift Coins
Roger Dean Stadium Gift Coins are available to be purchased at the Ticket Office. The Gift Coins come in denominations of $5, $10, and $25 and can be used for purchases at the Teamstore, Ticket Office, and any of the stadium concession stands.

Grass Berm
The grass berm is located down the right field line adjacent to the field. Tickets for the grass berm can be purchased on the day of game only. The grass berm does not contain any actual seats. Lawn chairs are not permitted on the grass berm, but fans may bring blankets to sit on.

Groups
Anyone wishing to reserve tickets for groups should contact the Ticket Office at (561) 775-1818 x 1829.

H

Handicapped Access
Handicapped ramps are located at each end of the loge box seating on the first and third base sides.

Handicapped Assistance
Assistance is provided on request from the greeters located at each gate or by visiting The Palm Beach Post Information Booth.

Handicapped Drop-off
The handicapped drop-off area is located directly in the front of the stadium outside of Gate B.

Handicapped Parking
Parking is available directly in front and along the side of the stadium, as well as in the Abacoa parking garage, west of the stadium.

Handicapped Seating
Wheelchair accessible seating is located in the following sections: 101, 102, 110-116, 123 and 124.

I

Information Booth
The Information Booth is located on the concourse behind home plate and is sponsored by The Palm Beach Post.

Internet
Roger Dean Stadium can be found on the Internet at www.rogerdeanstadium.com. The Jupiter Hammerheads and Palm Beach Cardinals have seperate websites, www.jupiterhammerheads.com and www.palmbeachcardinals.com, respectively.

L

Loge Box
The loge box seats are sections 201 through 213 and compose the upper level of the seating bowl.

Lost and Found
The lost and found is located at The Palm Beach Post Information Booth.

Lost Guests or Companions
People searching for lost guests or companions while at the stadium should be directed to The Palm Beach Post Information Booth.

M

Mascots
Roger Dean Stadium serves as home to two mascots for the Florida State League season.. Hamilton R. Head is a hammerhead shark and is the mascot for the Jupiter Hammerheads. Robbie The Redbird is a Cardinal and is the mascot for the Palm Beach Cardinals.














Merchandise Store
The Teamstore is located on the concourse behind home plate. During Spring Training, portable souvenir carts will also be set up around the stadium. During Spring Training, the Teamstore opens each morning at 9:00 AM and remains open until 1/2 hour after the game. During the Florida State League season, the Teamstore opens on game days 1 hour before the scheduled game time and remains open until the conclusion of the game.

O

Office Hours
The administrative office for Roger Dean Stadium is open regularly Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. During Spring Training, the office is open every day from 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM.

On-Field Access
Per league rules, only authorized personnel will be permitted on the field before, during or after the game. Any unauthorized person on the field will be removed from the stadium and may be prosecuted for trespassing.

P

Paging
Requests for paging are only honored when a situation has been confirmed to be of an extreme medical emergency. The stadium staff will deliver a message to the guest at their seat location, if known. If necessary a public address system announcement requesting the fan to report to The Palm Beach Post Information Booth will be made.

Peddlers/Vending/Free Speech Activity
Unauthorized peddling or vending is not allowed on Roger Dean Stadium property.

Phone Number
The main phone number for Roger Dean Stadium is (561) 775-1818. The extension for the administrative office is 3029.

Police
The Jupiter Police Department has police officers posted throughout the stadium in case of an emergency during Spring Training and larger events.

Press Areas
There is a pressroom in both the Cardinals and Marlins clubhouses, which are used by the press during Spring Training. During the Florida State League season, the press will use the press box located behind home plate.

Press Box
The press box is located on the second level behind home plate and accessible via the elevator that is located in the Suite Lobby behind home plate on the concourse level. Proper credentials are required.

Programs
Programs (scorecards) are available throughout the concourse at booths or in the stands from vendors. The price for programs is $5 during Spring Training and $1 during the Florida State League season.

Promotional Items
Each guest eligible to receive a promotional item must have a valid game day ticket and pass through the turnstile to receive the item. Promotional items are distributed one per person.

Public Telephones
There are no public telephones located in the stadium or outside of the stadium. In the event of an emergency, and a phone is needed, please go to the main office and one will be provided.

R

Rainchecks
In the case of a postponement due to rain, guests may bring their ticket stubs to the ticket window and exchange them for any other game. Spring Training rainchecks must be used during Spring Training and Florida State League rainchecks must be used during the Florida State League season.

Re-Entry
Once a fan has exited Roger Dean Stadium, they may not re-enter during the game without a stamped hand and their torn game ticket.

Restrooms
There are three women’s and three men's restrooms located throughout the concourse, one on each of the first and third base sides and one behind home plate. Several changing tables can be found in each restroom. Each restroom is handicapped accessible.

Schedules
Spring Training and Florida State League schedules are available at The Palm Beach Post Information Booth.

Smoking Policy
There is no smoking in the seating area at Roger Dean Stadium. Smoking is allowed on the concourse on the lower level.

Spectators on the Playing Field
Spectators are not permitted on the field. Spectators also are not permitted to throw anything onto the field. Fans that violate this ordinance will be arrested and prosecuted.

Ticket Office
During Spring Training, the Ticket Office will be open every day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During the Florida State League season, the Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Tours
Tours of Roger Dean Stadium are available all year except during Spring Training. To inquire about tours of the stadium contact the main office at (561) 775-1818 x 3029.

Trespassing
Any fan venturing onto the playing field before, during, or after a game will be subject to criminal prosecution and/or fines.

Towing Service
If towing assistance is needed, please contact the main office at (561) 775-1818 x 3029.

U

Umbrellas
Umbrellas may be brought into the stadium. However, due to safety reasons, they may not be opened in the seating area.

Unauthorized Transmission of Game
No person admitted to the stadium shall transmit or aid in the transmission of any description, account, picture or reproduction of any baseball game or exhibition game conducted in the park unless expressly authorized by the Florida Marlins, St. Louis Cardinals, Jupiter Hammerheads, or the Palm Beach Cardinals.

W

Weapons
Weapons of any kind are not permitted in Roger Dean Stadium.

Wheelchair Assistance
Fans are encouraged to bring their own wheelchairs, but when available, the stadium will provide wheelchairs for disabled fans on request. If you are in need of assistance, contact the greeters located at the gates or go to the The Palm Beach Post Information Booth.
